For the Organic Fish project, we delivered end-to-end support — from business planning and financial modeling to investor engagement, negotiations, and contract execution — ensuring the project launched on schedule. The amount of financing raised totaled USD 10 million.
The project provides for the transfer of advanced fish farming technologies to Kazakhstan, as well as an ecosystem approach to managing the marine aquaculture.
