We designed for Samruk Energy the corporate finance transformation project, including detailed planning, resource allocation, and NPV-based performance projections. Within the Corporate Finance Division, a dedicated Payment Operations Department was established. In addition, we introduced Kazakhstan’s first fully automated cash pooling mechanism — an innovative solution that transformed cash control procedures, enhanced budget forecasting, and addressed group-wide liquidity challenges.

The program delivered USD 15 million in savings and established a new benchmark in corporate cash management, later adopted as a reference model by other companies within the Samruk group.
